No freakin' way! Those of you who think that Jr. andSr. MADE NASCAR have got to know that Jr. will now have some of the best resources in the business available to him. This should be a shot in the arm to him, and the fact he's teammates with JJ and Gordo has no real effect on how they race. Junior would never have run those two into the wall (at least not intentionally :) any way. It's not how "8" rolls.

I told you!! I wrote an answer like this on a question marci4tony asked like last month!! She asked about Jr. going to Gibbs.
Here was my answer!
hang tight, we'll all find out soon, then we all can post questions like, what do you think?, or did Jr. make the best move?, Where do you think Jr. should have gone?. Then that former princess ifuctjr will be like....... did Jr. just ruin his career and why did he wear pink lingerie to all the interviews? We will find out soon NASCAR fans!!
That is too funny, AND NO!!! HE DID NOT MAKE A MISTAKE!! HE WENT TO THE DOMINATE TEAM!!!
That's like trying to decide if you should go to Waltrip racing, who obviously can't even qualify for a race, or go to Hendrick who just about wins every dang one!! that is a smart move.
GOOD LUCK Jr.!! YOU ARE ALL READY A CHAMPION!!!!

Well then you obviously aren't a real NASCAR fan in the first place. Dale Jr made the best decision possible for his racing career. He also made a decision that will make him happy as well. he didn't make a mistake, he made a very well thought out decision for many reasons. And as a true fan of his, I support him 100% regardless.

I dont think he made a bad mistake I mean lets face it JR will never be his daddy and Gorden is clearly the best driver nascar has ever seen!
JR is human he wants to win, he loves money and he knows he can get both of thoes by going to Hendrick!
I say good for him, get out of his daddy image and move on!

Yep. I kinda feel he's being selfish. He's going to who is currently is the dominant team, the one winning races and championships, and also Hendrick must pay way better. I really feel his move is more selfish than the right one.
Do I see him re-signing with HMS after his 5 yrs? No.

If it is a mistake its not any of our business. JR did what he thought was best for him and evidently HMS thought they were doing what was best for their team too. If you are or were a JR fan and wont be behind him anymore then you never were a JR fan to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After what Teresa did to DEI, he would have been making a big mistake if he stayed.
