giving his latest Nashville (Busch Series) guitar trophy to David Ragan's older brother that is mentally disabled? Wow, it was a good race and a great gesture by Carl that has now won there 3 times in a row! Just wondering if anyone else caught that. Sometimes drivers get a bad rap but they are some of the most generous and caring people in all of sports.

I guess I'm just tired of all the whining and B******* going on about the race.

So What's your favorite collector item(s) you have of your driver or just from NASCAR period?

Mine....Well I got 2 great things this year. On Valentines my husband gave me a bar mirror of Dale Jr with his car...... LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE it!

2nd on my anniversary our best friends got us a personalized picture. My best friends favorite driver is Jimmy Johnson, her husband likes Jeff Gordon and her daughter likes Mark Martin, well in this picture all 3 of those cars are lined up on pit road and in the backround theres a huge digital sign that says "NASCAR Welcomes (Our first names) to the Daytona 500" it's awesome! And it was just perfect that all 3 of their drivers were in pit lane together.

So tell me what goodies you all have!

Here's the thing...I have no problem with the 24 driver, that being said, I cannot help but think there is something going between nascar and Hendricks. Nascar is pushing Jeff down peoples throats and loving the love hate relationship it is causing. At the same time, this is making people who love the sport cringe everytime there is an occurence like yesterday, whether it was Carl in the 99 or Ryan, or whoever was there at the crucial time, once again NASCAR leaves doubt, Jeff gets the fallout.
Heres the question...is it fair equitable or just that the people are manipulated by the nascar powers that be and a particular owner, or is it time to call it what it is, and stop bashing the guys driving?

I have been thinking about this for a while, and I wonder if it could be done, or if it couldn't. I don't even know if there is already a domed track somewhere in the world. It would cut down on rain shortened races, but the fumes might kill everyone. Just give me your opinions.

Oh boy, here we go once more. All those Gordon haters are saying the FIX was in and nascar made sure that Godon was going to win the race. Yeah like they got on the phone and gave a call to God and asked hime to let it rain at half way so that Gordon could win. What a bucnh of sad losers. Now, does anyone really think that nascar is so stupid as to fix a race.????

y didnt FIA give BLACK FLAG to FERNANDO ALONSO & NICO ROSBERG as they entered in to PIT LANE when RED LIGHT was ON??

they could have given MASSA n FISCO 10 seconds penalty in PIT LANE like alono n nico...

I would love to know where everyone gets their information from about who is gay and which racing league is better than the other....I have one simple rule, besides your own opinion list a website that can back up your claim....thats all I ask.

As far as which driver is a better driver than the other that is your opinion and opinions are like @$$holes, everyone has one.

and not on Jimmie Johnson and they waited till the end of the race . . .THAT'S WHY JEFF GORDON WON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!(uuuuugghhh)

Let guess. Jeff Gordon could win a race running on 7 cylinders, three tires, missing a door and a fender, coasting to a finish out of gas and people would still whine. I bet someone would still say the NASCAR lets HMS win. Am I one of the sane ones that think a lot of people have WAY too much time on their hands? No matter what he does, SOMEONE will find something to whine about. How many other fans have noticed this?

even if you are not a fan of his, jeff became the "dale sr." after that fateful day. im not trying cause ill feelings with "dale sr." fans. i loved him too. but, listen to all the other drivers. the keep talkin abt the competition out there now. if you can do what jeffs doing, ya gotta give him props
