Cousin Carl, he's never won there but has 4 top 5s out of 5 races there and really likes Michigan. He is looking good right now and overdue for a win. The Roush camp in general loves this track and Kenseth should be right in the mix as well.. He definitely had a top 5 car at Pocono but had some bad luck with the weather and pit cycles.

1. Tony Stewart - Has not won in Vegas but has been running well and led for 54 laps last year. 2. Jimmie Johnson - Three years in a row? 3. Kyle Busch - Runs well at his hometown track - 3rd last year too. 4. Matt Kenseth - Past stats say he should do well. 5. Kurt Busch - Because he is a good ol' Vegas boy.

Denny Hamlin is my early pick. Denny has a great car each week, yet ends up with some bad luck. I think he will turn that luck around and find victory circle. I also would not be surprised to see them Evernham Dodge's upfront this week. Ray always seems to bring some good cars to Michigan. I am hoping that my driver, Bobby LaBonte, may be able to get him another Michigan win, yet that team has failed to show me that they know how to win.

Matt Kenseth and Carl Edwards usually run pretty darn well at Michigan. And it isn't one of Jimmie Johnson's better tracks. A list of who does well and who doesn't at Michigan can be found here (it is the top story):
