now I am not Gerrard's biggest fan by any strecth of the imagination, but Beckham better than him? hahahahah that is hilarious, Beckham is absolutely hopeless in open play, has had like one good season in 10 years and is just a sell out overrated joke going to the States to become a celebrity rather than a footballer.

I hate Gerrard and Beckham, but I respect gerrard as a talented footballer (not as good as people make him out to be IMO), However he is 10 times the player Beckham will ever be.

So who is better, Beckham in his prime? Or Gerrard now? I dont even have to ask I just want it confirmed on this site

I suffer from severe lateral (anterior) shin splints. what should i do?
I have been walking for 5-6 years now and also running 3 times in a week regularly. I have this severe pain due to lateral shin splints and am using Reebok premeir road plus III for running and walking. i get very severe pain after walking for 15 minutes which is aggravated on running. this makes me decrease my speed to slow walking. I love exercise and am 34 years old with no medical problem in legs. but this shin splints have made me reduce my exercise to slow walking. what should i do? would change of shoes help? if yes, which ones? we dont have facilities to check for gait analysis in my country

I honestly think the Cowboys have a chance not just because i am a fan but because when you make as many mistakes as Romo did you know thats all he is going to work on this week. you have seen how great he can be and these two explosive teams is going to be fun to watch...BTW i live in AZ and we don't have the game, sports bar here i come! i dont think ANYONE knows who is going to win it is going to be a VERY close and exciting game. what do you think?

I'm looking to buy a second handgun and I was wondering about good choices for a caliber. I already own a Browning Buckmark .22 semi-automatic and now I'm looking for a centerfire caliber that is almost as cheap to shoot as .22's. I'm thinking about either a .380, a 9mm, or a .38 special. It could be a Superbowl matchup but I hardly doubt it. Many will be glued in but unfortunately it is not a nationally televised game so many will miss out. I feel the excitement of the city and it is what everybody is talking about. Never has a week 6 game brought this much attention. I love my boys and dreamt they won 21-16 last night but realistically we have never done well against Moss and Stallworth. Now they are on the same team. HOly Crapshooter! Pats-38 Cowboys-13

Here's how it works....

In any given game...take the defender's

assists + solo tackles (2) + pass deflections (3) + sacks (5) + fumble recoveries (6) + forced fumbles (7) + interceptions (8) + touchdowns (10) = Player's "Defender Rating"

It's a brilliant rating. For example, it basically equals out the worth of a great nosetackle who has 10 solos and 5 assists, with a great safety who has 2 solos, 2 interceptions, and 7 assist. It's a great formula.

I really don't like the Patriots. Billicheat and the whole spygate scandal, the Tuck rule, Rodney's hgh use, their arrogance, this would add more thing I don't like about them if it were true. That this team is owned by the same family/guy who runs the company responsible for deadly cigarettes.

Well C. Ronaldo and Cruijff are so similar. I'd pick Cruijff cuz Ronaldo only has 1 Premiership title and Cruijff has a La Liga and a million Eredivisie titles.

and he was so much better than anyone else during his time. he invented soo many tricks and set up soo many goals as well as scoring a good number himself.

I am an okay swimmer but I've gone snorkelling a few times and can stay in the water for hours with fins and a snorkel. I have a strong kick with fins. I've only heard about rip currents on TV but should I be concerned even if I'm wearing fins and a snorkel or will I be alright?

How come India could only score 148. And 7 to 8 players were dismissed at single digit only? Sachin Tendulkar made 47 and if it wasn't for him, India could have been all out for less than 100 runs. India scored 291 in the previous match but in the 5th odi, they just fell flat completely. Also i do not understand how the 10 th wicket partnership of Zaheer Khan and one more bowler can survive for 41 runs, while the top order goes 5 for 43. Were the Aussie bowlers too good, or India took it easy?

I think Sangakara should bat at number 3 most of the times & Chamara Silva should be sent earlier when Sri Lanka loses some early wickets. Attapattu should be back in the test side & if he is fully fit then also in the one-day team.
That lefty Perera should be given a chance again.

Mahela should stop playing too aggressively. I think he should play his natural game. I have noticed,he has started playing too many shots. Another thing, Lankans players should stop acting too nicely to their opponents,specially Australia. If un want to beat them, you must show some aggression to them on field

* India's strategy - Play Sreesanth as much as u can against Australia. Tall guy, V.R.V Singjh should be selected for the test series. Dhoni & Yuvi shud bat at #3 in odi cricket.
We shud play with two spinners against Australia in both test & odi matches. Sree should use bouncers more often against Australia
