I have a few Asian friends and some of them like wrestling. For some unexplainable reason they love John Cena and cite him as their favorite. Do ALL Asian fans love John Cena? What do they really think of him?

I'm american but I love puroresu.
So speaking specifically about japanese people , I honestly don't understand how can some of them enjoy watching Cena, with the amazing wrestlers they have!!.

I am a Singaporean and I love John Cena and the Undertaker.Whenever Cena fights,he will never give up and will fight on till the very last second.Even if that sicko Randy Orton put him out for 6 months,Cena is still the best.Undertaker is a legend and has the best Wrestlemania record of 15-0.

I'm from Vietnam and i'm not a big Cena fans.I think he was really cool back in 2003,2004 but his superman gimmick just made me sick.Over come the odds?I 'm tired of seeing that on every PPV's results.But right now,i like him,just SIMPLY like him cuz he finally drop that title.Maybe at his return,he will be cool?
And Asian or any wrestling fans in the world have the same thing:kids like him and men hate him(or should i say U35 men hate him,cuz in my country,ppl over that age don't watch wrestling,my father even said it's bull sh!t).For example:my friends(mostly under 13)love Cena,but in Vietnamese wresling forums,some ppl still say he sux.You see,it depends on how long do you watch wrestling.The first cable tv that has wrestling channel in my country was in the late 2002-which means Vietnamese wrestling fans didn't watch the Attitude era,so they're mostly Cena fans,i can guarantee that.But i'm not sure if Asian fans have the same thoughts.

Hey I'm from singapore too.Well, i don't like him nor hate him.To me he's just like a normal wrestler. Most of my friends in school like John Cena especially the ladies.

human beings as a human race have an inclination to stereotype, even us wrestling followers stereotype different wrestling followers. So what im asserting is its not probably basically as a results of fact we are wrestling followers yet human beings frequently that get stereotyped edit: forgot the different q. i think of he stands out as the 1st to income and lose basically as a results of fact he has gained it two times now and that i think of that briefcase will carry him returned from looking like a real significant eventer

I am from Pakistan and I think that he is a great wrestler.Me and my friends only see his wrestling.He has overcome all wrestlers for the title.Great Khali and Umanga are good examples.

i'm from malaysia and i HATE him wit every organs in my body.i'm sick of watching a guy who could only come up wit 5 moves hogs the title.he is the reason y wwe's ratings r low that includes ppv coz all of his predictable matches.now hes gone,i find raw enjoyable .it would b beter if his interview via satelite was cancel stay quietly in bed and dont ruin wrestling wit his stupid look and voice.all u fena fans out there,if u dont like wat i said,tell fena to go to tna,u would c their ratings drop like never before and y,cena sucks
