lets ask what was the best match..or if you remember this..but really this goes beyond anything....this is shocking...and I'm talking with my heart in my hand..with teary eyes...I really really love BENOIT..he was the character and a true human being..I know I speak on behave of a lot of you..and we want to say WE LOVE YOU BENOIT!!

we were talking about hjm yesterday and the day before and how he would carry the brand on his back..and how great it is and HE is!!...is shocking!!

Does anyone know how I can increase my vertical jump without having to take days off from exercise? I want to be able to increase my vertical jump while still being able to work out everyday.

The No Hitting League is getting worse and worse....Bettman ruined it. How about a new league that only has Canadian & American players and not only allows but encourages hitting (and maybe allows a bit more fighting). Also one that's based in cold-winter climates.

I'm going camping tomarrow on the river and I need to know some good food to bring. I dont want to do much cooking or preparing. Just some easy good stuff other than the normal hot dogs, chips and smores. Also I have a cooler but things dont stay as cold as a fridge so I kinda feel limited since I dont want the food to go bad.
