What type of outdoor activities can someone with a really bad back do?

I am looking for an accurate, good, all around rifle to shoot targets, and maybe later switch over to hunt deer with it. Any suggestions?

Is there any way that the sabres could afford to sign both and keep the team under the cap. It is going to be terrible if they let either one go...but I am starting to lean towards Drury if I had to pick one to keep.

For cyclists...what is your take on full fender sets compared to rear fenders that mount to the seat post? Do full fenders keep you considerable more dry, or just a little? Asking from a road bike perspective, wet roads and occasional puddles.

My wife, after having been robbed at gunpoint wants to carry a gun. She is capable of handling one and is a pretty decent shot, so please no coaching about why she shouldn't have one. We live in Georgia and she will obtain the weapons permit to carry. What gun would you experienced persons in such matters, suggest for a woman who wishes to carry a weapon On her person....not in her purse.....something small, lightweight but still lethal. .22 is not what I am talking about.

I have a 357 magnum and that is also too heavy to carry on my person -
going shopping tomorrow and would appreciate advice on type of gun for her as well as myself.
Please - no anti gun responses, just would appreciate some serious advice.

I've watched enough football to know that even the top MLS teams would have a very hard time keeping up in the EPL. But you don't see enough lower league football in the States to get an idea where MLS teams would slot.

I'm trying to figure out how long it may take me to finish my first triathlon. I have lots of time to train (the race isn't until September) and I'm confident I can get into quite good shape.
What times do you think I can realistically hope to beat for each segment?

1/2 mile swim: 30 minutes?
4 mile run: 45-60 minutes?
18 mile bike: 60 minutes?
