If you look back at all of the Super Bowl winning qb's you will see that most of them with the exception of a few were great field generals.

Does this draft hold any future field generals?

In the wak of Mark Priors recent injury I have pondered this question. Immediately I think of Ken Griffey Jr. who has been plagued by injury and could have gone down as the greatest hitter to ever play.

Norv Turner has a career losing record, which is a bigger black mark than Marty Schottenheimer's postseason losing record in my opinion

Anyone who likes baseball knows that the AL Central is arguably the toughest division in baseball. Living in Michigan, I'm not liking that. There are already four teams with 10+wins, ( Tigers, Twins, W.Sox, Indians ) and this is only the beginning of the season. But who will win the central? It's a tough call. X_X

I'd say it will be the Tigers or Indians in the end. The Tigers have one key injury, Kenny Rogers, and they have a lot of slumping hitters such as Monroe, Inge, and Sheffield, but the Tigers have the hitting experience and pitching experience. They also have a great bullpen, although it is somewhat struggling early on. I think it's possible we'll see the Tigers, Indians, W.Sox, and Twins with 90 wins or so by the end of the season. Even if the Tiger's don't win the central, they ( or the team in second place ) will get the wild card, more likely than not.

All of us know that Jackie Robinson was very successful when he entered MLB in 1947. But I would like to know a few things:

1.) Do you feel Jackie Robinson HAD to succeed?
2.) If Jackie Robinson would have failed how long would it have been for another black athlete to be given a chance? (Now I know there was a guy who played for the Indians only a few months after Robinson was given his shot...last name Doby I believe. But he wasn't really all that successful)
3.) What would the world of baseball be like now if Jackie Robinson would have not been all that great?

Remember Willingham went 10-1 his first year...after an (8-0 start)

Weis started 5-2 in his first, and has been repeatedly STEAMROLLED by top 10 teams the past 53 weeks...the problem Alumni, and Boosters said was the reason Willingham was let go.

Ohio State 34, Notre Dame 20.

Michigan 47, Notre Dame 21.

USC 44, Notre Dame 24.

LSU 41, Notre Dame 14.

Contract extension for Weis.

Double standard, eh?

Notre Dame played Army, Navy, North Carolina (who won ONE game and came LAST in the ACC), and nearly lost to a middle of the pack UCLA team...AT HOME.

In addition, these teams (ie - North Carolina) gained over 400 yards of Offense vs. ND. Hmm....

LMAO!.....Boy I love watching Kobe in the play-offs because the truth comes out about this guy. Kobe can't do jack against good teams! All of those 50 point games & 65, 50, 60, 50 has been against teams that's about equal to COLLEGE teams. Kobe can't perform when things really matter & that's why he's not the BEST IN THE WORLD or he's not considered to be a GREAT PLAYER. Last years game 7 when he was held scoreless & how he's performing this year is proof enough that Kobe's a CHOKE artist and he's not the best player in the NBA. Last year you Kobe jockers defended Kobe by saying that was just one game. Well now what do you guys got to say? Now it's last years game 7 and this years game 1 & 2. What excuses do you Kobe fans have now? Because it's more then ONE game now.

KOBE BRYANT SUCKS AND HE DOESN'T PERFORM LIKE A TRUE SUPERSTAR!!!!! I BET HE MISSES SHAQ!!!!
