i know everyone posts questions about the finals on the 28th but lemme ask you this, who do you think DESERVES to win the cup and be named as the man of the tournament?

I would go with Srilanka..........I know Australia is realy performing well.and they are unbeated from last 20 or 26 matches......but you see Srilankan team has put a great struggle to get to the final....telling you somtihing.....whoever played against Australia in this tournament were already phsycological down becuase of their australian previous performance.....like they used to enter the ground with the believe that they can not defeat Australia.....and when the morale of the team is bit down then best teams like Australia take a definite advantage......thats why I would say Srilankan deserve more becuase they have a done a realy tough job thorughout the tournament !! And Australia has already won this thrice.......it doesn't matter if they don't get it this time..but it would matter a lot for Srilankan to take this trophy home ! i do admit that Australia is better organized than Srilanka But My wishes are with Srilanka! All the best Srilankans !!

if you want to talk about who is the MOST DESERVING of the the Cup - then my answer is AUSTRALIA (with mcgrath taking player of of the tournament) Reasons?
1) c'mon man - the aussies have been the most consistent team thru out the tournament - absolutely demolishing all of the sides theyve played against - and remember - they've managed to bowl EVERY team out, even Sri Lanka !! so what makes everyone think they cant do that again ?? i think the only team they didnt bowl out was Bangladesh - but who cares right ,thats history!!
2) they have a very well balanced team - theyve got great bowlers and an EVEN BETTER batting line up with Hayden and Gilly up front and "mr reliable" Hussey down the bottom !! i mean - c'mon - how many times have we seen Glen McGrath bat in this tournament - i certainly havent!!
but having said that - the aussies havent had the chance to face the might of Murali/Malinga etc - so this makes this final all the more interesting - it should be a cracker - well i hopin it is anyways !
but yeah - like i said - if anyone desrves to win - its australia - i find it difficult to bet against them - theyre a team that knows how to win!

Every body talk about Australia but I feel this is going to be Sri Lanka all the way. I know many will disagree with this but I don't see cricket only I see something behind the scene and to the best of my calculation Sri Lankans are the new world champions on 28th.

Australia is playing great game but Sri Lanka is fighting . Australia is full of overconfidence whereS-Lanka is just playing like a fighter.So Sri Lanka should win. Go S-Lanka>>>>
