My team uses KEEPA....But they are very uncomfertable is there a better cheer shoe..out there...that your team might use,,,if so tell me!!

so do all the duck detractors think the ducks are for real now?? whos gonna be able to contend with their defense and their perimiter game? big men dont seem to bother them and luneen just keeps playing much bigger than he is at 6'9. the guy plays like a 7 footer and can handle the ball just like the other 6 guys they play. whats your thoughts?

Oh, and has anyone ever experienced any weight-loss in tennis? I eat well, and I'm hoping that once I start this sport I might drop a few pounds. I'm currently 122 lbs (5'1") and hoping to get down to 115-117 or so.

Now we are reminded, in the past two games, why this otherwise great franchise has failed to win even a single NBA Championship:

(1) The Suns DON'T hustle to get rebounds (offensive rebounds especially).

(2) The Suns DON'T defend every possession equally (other than Shawn Marion, who brings it EVERY possession).

(3) The Suns DON'T force enough turnovers.

Look at the teams in the history of the NBA who have won NBA Championships and you will see all three areas covered very nicely.

What do the Suns lack when compared to these remarkable teams, like the '96 Bulls and '88 Lakers?

A dominating CENTER who can REBOUND and BLOCK SHOTS!

Mark West doesn't count. Joe Barry Carroll doesn't count. John "Hot Rod" Williams doesn't count. Alvin Adams doesn't count (but he could score at least). And yes, even Amare Stoudemire DOES NOT COUNT! (he's really a Power Forward)

This franchise needs to wake up and realize just how important defense and rebounding really are.

why do american think their american handball players are faster and stronger than footballer, when footballers are much faster and stronger?

I have played roller hockey for 8 years and I am thinking about starting to play ice hockey. Is it worth it? I am pretty good at roller hockey and I was told it will be like learning from scratch when you make that transition.
