A good pair of trainers so your able to move freely, I'd say a pair of Adidas adizer pro's, Light and loose, great for any sport.

just normal badminton shoes.
rubber soled, flat. definitely no spikes and must have shoelaces or else you'll get injured

shoes you would be comfortable playing in. Any good tennis shoe should do fine.
