Jump rope and calve raises ( standing on stairs with just toes, lower ur heels and go up all the way on toes and hold til you feel the burn
here is why ....
builds up calve muscles
becareful with calve raises, do on a saturday because it will cause soreness. Do not recommend ankle weights, but a weight vest.

A had the same problem a few years back (i dunk on people now). Listen, you have to work your calves, so jump rope. Trust me it works. Get some ankle weights and run too, eventually it will happen, I guarantee it. The next problem you'll probably have will be palming the ball so you can dunk easily (I did). What's the point of jumping high if you can't hold the ball. Do pushups on your fingertips (By which I mean don't let your palms touch the ground only your fingertips), this will strengthen your fingers and should help in palming the ball. Good Luck!

Work your calves. Ice and roller skateing is a good way. Also hold weights and raise your heels off the floor. i AM 5 9 AND i CAN DUNK.

go to the curb in front of your house and stand with just your toes on the top and then touch your heels in the gutterdo this in sets of ten,it will strehgthen you achilles tendons alot and add spring to your jump

weightlifting, especially squats, calf raises and step-ups. You will want some supervision/trainer to learn how to lift correctly and you might need to wait 1 more year to let you body physically mature....
