ok u no how HBK got his leg injured by the spirit squad and then 3 weeks later he was fine and came back and reunited with triple H as dx? well u no the i quit match that rey mysterio and chavo gerrero had if u were paying attenstion to the match chevo put a chair on rey's leg and then chavo did a frog splash on it and it injured rey's leg the exact same way that shawn got his injured, but y is rey still out and shawn got the same injury and cmae back 3 weeks l8er? how is it possible? explain to me!....please

Derek Lee, Julio Lugo, Joe Crede for A-Rod, good deal? I re-did this question cause i need specific answers why or why not i should do this trade in fantasy baseball. Here is my team as it stands...or any position that could be affected by it... Some of these Kobe fans doesn't realize that Kobe is approaching his downward spiral. They act like his future is promising as Wade, Melo, James, Arenas, & etc. Sorry to burst you guys bubble, but Kobe is old compared to those guys. His best days are now & soon to be coming to a end. He's already failed his test to be the next MJ. If he's the next MJ his record shouldn't be 34-32 ( .515) at age 28. MJ at age 28 was winning his 1st title. It doesn't look like the Lakers are going to win for a LOOONG time by the way that Kobe & the Lakers are looking. Do you Kobe fans no how long & hard it takes to build a championship team? Just if you don't know it takes a long time, & at age 28 Kobe doesn't have a long time. So it's safe to say that Kobe has failed at being the next MJ. I really doubt that Kobe will lead his team to 7 titles, get 6 mvps (those are hard to get too), 7 finals mvps, 11 scoring titles, & etc. Kobe's gonna be 30 soon. No way he's going to do all that!

I just started track for the first time this year. the track at my school is paved. but some of the other school's tracks we travel to aren't paved. the only events I'm doing is the 100 M Dash. sprinting. but i need to get track shoes i think. i dont know if i should use them just on unpaved tracks or on the paved ones as well?? someone help please??

My nephew is 5'4" and wrestles at 112. He works out daily and is very muscular. His actual weight is 115-120lb. In order to make his weight class, he worked out like crazy, stopped eating and only drank limited liquid three days before the match. He did this last year and his parents told him "never again" because he looked pale and sick. This cannot be good for him. His love in life is wrestling. Is there a safe way to make his weight without waiting to the last minute and starving himself?
My brother said he did this throughout high school and college and it is just part of the sport. This year my nephew lost the match and he told my brother he just felt dizzy and weak. I understand why he doesn't want to wrestle in a higher wt. class, but can he make wt. in a safer way?
