I run track and have problem when we do our warm ups. One of the exercises we do are called mule kicks. In mule kicks we get in like a push up position and kick our butts with our legs five times. Whenever I do this my shirt goes up and i'd like to keep it down. Any tips on how to keep my shirt down?

I have tried to tuck my shirt in but it comes undone and looks weird because you can see the tag from my shorts because i roll my shorts up.

With getting Guerin yesterday that would put; Guerin, Cheech (both right hand shots), Marleau, Joe and a choice of Pav, Milan, Clowe as the fifth player. Is there even a team that can have that type of fire power on a 5 on 3, when you got a chance to pull the blue line and just pound the net?

My colleague Andrew, or my Colleague Liz?

I would have them both easily because I am from South Wales, and therefore naturally harder.

I would appreciate any opinions you might have on how they would match up if placed in a pit to fight it out to the death.

Tale of the tape:

Andrew is 32 years old 5ft 9in, of medium build, but with long-hair, and the appearance of a greasy holiday barman. He has recently stopped smoking, but still has serious alcohol issues.

Liz is 25 years old, of a similar height, but of sleighter build. She drinks occasionaly and does not inhale.

Andrew is wiry and toned, whilst Liz appears quite nimble and healthy, and has long sharpened claws.

Andrew hails form Banbury, Oxfordshire, whilst Liz is a Home Counties Girl.
