tna is mostly wwe people that have left, so it is more wwe in my opinion. it is also nwa because they have title adopted from it.

TNA is WCW in the fact that it is not WWE.
WWE owns the WCW lisence. If they were to reserect the WCW brand, it would not be the WCW of old but rather WWE with the WCW name on it. Understand that what made WCW WCW was that WCW was not WWE.
