I run track and have problem when we do our warm ups. One of the exercises we do are called mule kicks. In mule kicks we get in like a push up position and kick our butts with our legs five times. Whenever I do this my shirt goes up and i'd like to keep it down. Any tips on how to keep my shirt down?

I have tried to tuck my shirt in but it comes undone and looks weird because you can see the tag from my shorts because i roll my shorts up.

try wearing a tighter tank top or shirt under you shirt so when your shirt goes up people can't see anything. You could also bunch you shirt up at the bottom and either Ty it in a not or put an elastic around t so that it is tight around your stomach/ waist. I have use both of these idea when i warm up for track we do something similar so i know how you fell. good luck with track.

I know this sounds weird but tuck your shirt in your panties. if that doesnt work safety pin it to your shorts. who cares if people can see your tag when your warming up. just untuck your shirt after the mule kicks. hope this helped

I would suggest wearing a longer shirt, or safty pinning it.
