depending on the kind of blade.
check odinblades.com thats jon lundemo, a good blacksmith but it takea a long time, not cheap.
albionarmories might make custom blades too.
www.swordstore.com and www.bugei.com makes custom katanas.

A real blade that you can use? If so, are you ready to sell your car and place your house on mortagage? Are you ready to wait for at least 6 months and up to 2 years?
Honestly you probably don't even have the moneys to do this.

Masamune he is in Japan. He is a living legend his family has been making blades further back than samurai. be prepared to drop 4000 bucks though.

You might want to look for a bladesmith rather than a blacksmith.
