I was wondering how he got so good all of a sudden last year and now I know! An Orlando pharmacy being investigated in connection with steroids was raided Tuesday, and it was discovered that one of the alleged clients of the pharmacy was Gary Matthews, Jr. Jose Canseco was also a client of this pharmacy. Any thoughts?

I heard he tore his ACL, PCL, MCL, and lateral meniscus. He also dislocated his patella and tibia-femoral joint! This just sounds like a devastating injury to his promising NBA career as he'll probably never be as quick and agile again. Do you think he'll be able to make it all the way back?

Will lifting low weights for high reps give you muscle strength and lean muscles while lifting heavy weights for low reps will give you muscle mass and make you much heavier.

and for a 15 year old how much weight is considered high and how much is considered low?

Please tell me if this is true because it's confusing me and i dont want to start weights lifting before i find out.

In my opinion, i believe that the main reason they are losing is because they can't play defense, and they have too many turnovers. However, when Iverson was traded to Denver, it was supposed to form an unstoppable team, but with A.I. and Melo starting at the same time, they are only 3-7.
Overall I think the Nuggets have a great starting lineup if it was set up like this
PG-Iverson -- back up Blake
SG-JR Smith -- back up Diawara
SF-Anthony -- back up Kleiza
PF-Nene -- back up (Martin in the future) but Reggie Evans
C-Camby -- back up Jamal Sampson
