Mike Alfonso better known as Mike Awesome formerly from the WWE, ECW, and WCW found dead in his home over the weekend. He was a regular on Yahoo Answers answering questions about wrestling. Mike was 2 time ECW Champ and Tag team champ. He had an excellent match on One Night Stand 2005. Please pray for Mike's family and share your thoughts and memories below.

The Rams draft 13th I believe. I think they should draft either a defensive tackle or linebacker. Maybe Amobi Okoye DT for Louisville, he is only 20 years old. But if Ted Ginn Jr. is available I think they should draft him. They need a WR because Bruce is gettin old, they might lose kevin curtis or shaun mcdonald to free agency and their special teams suck. If Alan Branch is available they will draft him but I don't think that would happen.

I snowboard at various places on the east coast (Vermont, New York, Massachusetts) and have seen it here at some of the bigger mountains. It mainly seems to be bras with the occasional panty thrown in for variety, I guess. I have also spoken to friends who have seen it at resorts in other parts of the country, but no one has an explination.

Does it sound like a real possibility? I am now a cat 4 and i want to move up to cat 1 before this season is over. i have 4-6 hrs free that i can use to train each day. im only 25 and im pretty lean at 5'11 145 lbs. last year i wasn't serious, this year i want to make it to cat 1 if possible.

I load for a .22-250 using Hornady 50 grain Vmax bullets. Sometimes my two 'working' loads shoot into one hole. Sometimes they won't shoot into an inch with everything the same. How do I get more consistency out of them?

TNA, WWE, WSX, what's fake about it all? Is it just the feuds and story lines?

It seems pretty hard to fake slamming a person with a wrestling move, pretty hard to "fake" jumping off the turn buckle or slamming a steel chair in their face? It only looks like the punches and some kicks are fake to me.

I am joining track. i am a fast runner but not that fast. I am willing to work as hard as i can to get faster. What can I do to run faster? Is there any tips or any drills to do to help you run faster? I want to pick up alot of speed. Not just a little but i want to push my self farther. Please help anything would be very appreciated.
