i do competetive XC racing and i am looking to buy a new frame. in your opinion, what type of frame is better? please list any pros and cons for a hardtail or dual suspension frame. i was looking into getting a specialized epic frame, so compare that to a good hardtail.

I choose PJ Axelsson on the Bruins. He is probably the smartest player on the ice. Always makes the right decision. Never scores many points, but earns his keep well.

ive been skiing since i was 5.now im 12. skiings geting kinda boring. should i snowboard now??? ive tried it a couple times and all i could do is fall on my butt.lol. i kinda wanna switch but i also wanna keep skiin so i can get really good. my dad wont let me do both. what do u think i should do?????

I'm a Sophomore at South Knox and last year I joined the track team, I became a sprinter and I won an event and placed 2nd in another in my first meet, as being a freshman everyone's aspects were for me to be really good and possibly make it to regionals... but the last part of the season it got harder for me because my energy level was soo low! I would try everything just to help myself restore energy and of course I would always run my hardest.... but pooping out in the middle of the 100 meter dash is not good!! Although I finished my season out strong... I feel as that I could have done a lot better! ... Now this year as a sophomore I want to be even stronger and hopefully make it to regionals.. I've already made major progress but I'm afraid my body will wear down again no matter what I do! Please can someone tell me a few things that would help sustain my energy... and trust me I've done almost everything!! Thank You so much!!

Lets say you are on offense and a jump ball occurs, does it count as a turnover if they gain possession? Or what if you are on defense and you cause a jumpball, is it a steal?

whats the song called that brett favre singes in favre4ever...he hears the song at the stadium and starts singing...the only lyrics he said during it was.."we belong together..built to another" not sure about the built to another part but he defindently says we belong together.

Some the names that have been thrown out there: Ron Rivera (Chicago Bears D-Coordinator), Jim Haslett (St. Louis Rams D-Coordinator), Norv Turner (SF 49ers O-Coordinator), and Mike Singletary (SF 49ers Asst. Head).

I'm leaning towards Rivera but there's also been rumors that they could go after Turner for head coach and outbid the Bears for Rivera as defensive coordinator.

Who do you think they hire for Marty's old spot? Anybody who isn't mentioned here?
