I am around 105-107 lbs. right now but need to get down to 103 by Thursday. Does anyone have any good tips on how to lose the weight I need. I have lost this weight the past few weeks, but I usually just put it right back on. I just need to know how to get my weight down and keep it down.

my dream for 2007 is to be able to attend a school of soccer for a professional career in soccer. Although I am a Tide Grad, I am from Big10 country and a Michigan fan. The Rose Bowl is not even over yet and I have to say that I think it may be time for a change at the helm. I like Lloyd Carr, he's a pretty solid recruiter, but he has not beaten Ohio State in I beleive 5 years, and cannot win at the end of the season. Think about it, he brings a bigger, stronger more physical team to the Rose Bowl and gets his jock handed to him by a finesse team. What do you guys think? Am I just angry or is there some merit to my thinking it may be time for a change? Help me out!
