I am around 105-107 lbs. right now but need to get down to 103 by Thursday. Does anyone have any good tips on how to lose the weight I need. I have lost this weight the past few weeks, but I usually just put it right back on. I just need to know how to get my weight down and keep it down.

you should be loosing at least 2 pounds during a weigh-in practice. basically just watch what you eat if you think you need to loose more.

The way I always loose weight before a match is by starving myself and if you do eat eat only vegetables and drink only water take laxatives and work out with a trash bag on underneath a sweat suit that should work.

Run about an hour a day. Do a whole hour of push-ups, and sit-ups and half and hour of Sauna baths EVERY DAY! OHHH! and watch what you eating. Stick to Energy Drinks and Energy Shakes if you can.
You should be able to cut down 5 Lbs. in 2 days.

This kid in my class starves himself, and exercises with layers of clothing to sweat all the water weight out. I don't suggest you do this, it's unhealthy.

At 103lbs you will be tossed about like a rag-doll, enjoy your funeral would be my advice, failing that, practice a real martial arts that can make better use of your light-weight, such as kickboxing, boxing, or judo.
