I don't want to learn a martial art and I don't want to kick anybodys butt. I work in a bar and normally always talk my customers out of being stupid but I want to be prepared for the day I have to escort somebody out. So a short course that I can take (and re-take?) is what I'm after.

Theres this kid that beat me in arm wrestling, and thinks hes so tough now. I know he's stronger than me, but not too much. Besides avoid the fight, what can I do to win, or just not lose? PS. Its Friday, I fight him Monday, and cant go to gyms, and only have 8, 1, and 20 pound dumbells.

Honestly .. the guy was a very good pitcher and all, but if someone had the same last 4 years as him - would he/should he be in the Hall?
