and harder? I want to at least punch 1 1/2 x as hard as I do now so I can take on guys that are twice as strong as me, punch twice as hard and know how to fight quite better than me (they have a bit of martial arts and street fighting. Also they are quicker than me and I'm quick) It is for sparing and one of their punches or kicks can hurt me pretty bad, even if I block and trying to get them into arm and headlocks don't work because they are too strong-
I currently workout for strength and toughen up my knuckles by punching wood and metal, I am strong for my size (160 Lb lean) and been strength/fighting training for a few years (so have they, but its a physical speed/power advantage and I know almost as much skills as them

I seen that all of the factory rounds usually come in 150 ofr 170gr. flat or round noses, my question is, why cant you put a 110 or 90gr. hollow point or a JSP handgun bullet in a 30-30 case? The 150-170 are .308cal. as well as the 90-110. It would be a faster round, shoot flatter, but probably not hit as hard at greater distances. But you only need 500 ft.-lbs. to effectively kill a whitetail. Just wondering if anybody else ever thought of it before. Just think about it, a 110gr. JHP moving about 3000 ft. per sec. out of a 7 round 30-30. pitty the deer in the peanut field. Just wondering if it will work? Will IT?

Here are the methods I've tried so far:

1) swinging late and stepping into the pitch
2) making my swing more vertical and slicing off to the right
3) swinging with my torso and shoulders and not breaking my wrists on the follow through

So far the only hits I've gotten to go to RF are popups that land because no one's there. Any suggestions?
