I myself is a varsity swimmer in my highschool and swim all year during the off-season. Im starting a clinic for people who dont swim in the offseason so that they can be at least somewhat ready for the season which kicks off the week after thanksgiving. I was wondering what kinds of sets i can have them do that wil be effective?

This is USUALLY the case. Not ALWAYS, just USUALLY.

So why would this be? Is it because swimming feels less competitive? Or do females just dislike the impact that running has on their body?

these are some of many...it's true..there are insults by some..but when these few people insult others...that's how sterotypes begin....i should talk bad about italians..but he's not the other italian..and i no many italians here are nice to me even though i wanted ukraine to win...wut y'all think?

I knew it all along that Scotland would beat the French Frogs. A team that did not even play in the World Cup. Well...there is no need to be ashamed of. Hopefully, Henry the Frog and the rest of the French Fries must have learned lessons as to how to play a game fair and sqaure and without diving from the Scots. Way to go Scot! as you all know I (Naty)...had organize the 2006 world cup forum games......in this tourney i made two team..and made a best of 5 series...i decided to make a champions league tourney and decided that jewish_zizou may help...

but it all messed yp..HE decided to take the wheel and drive the plane..(a plane needs 2 pilots by the way).
