Ok well I've been doing a japanese form of Martial Arts called Kobudo Kai for about seven years now and I still love and enjoy it. I just have a couple of questions and I hope you can help me.

For those of you in Melbourne, Australia, are there any like short, one day things where you can attend,try out and learn about a different style of martial art?
What are some ways I can increase my strength, power, accuracy and speed?

And finally i'd love to have a chat and meet with anyone(possibly around my age...i turn 16 this year so between 14 to 18 years or close) who does any form of martial arts and lives in the Melbourne area (Western suburbs would be great!) or if you live interstate or oveseas we could still chat online. bcz only indian team had the capacity in the world to come back in any circumstance that we have alredy proved in last world cup, but in my view chappel aware of this that is why he is pretending that he is trying to bring new era in indian cricket by disturving oneness of team so that later the indians must feel or accept that our team members have no ability to play together in a team, he would like to make a record that west indians not made due to india team so he dont want to repeat becoz it is going to be happen this time i,e it is 3rd successive world cup for aussies

I loved playing hi-skool basketball but college basketball at a specific unnamed skool was too much for me...I quit and now I miss playing. It gave me more confidence, friends, and general fufillment...So I have considered playing again but, then I thought aboutt how non-stop it was. 24/7 my coaches and teamates were around and that affected mah grades tremendously. I was told that other coaches do I better job of giving athletes free time but, Im not 100 % certain. Anyways I need to make a decision...Do what I love and risk my long term career or not play and feel empty
