Tough cause they could potentially get you the same amount of points, but maybe Rhodes because Jones will be playing agasint a good Seattle D and Bears are only averaging 2.7 yards per rush this season. Rhodes is still the starter in Indy and Jets D should be a little bit easier than what Rhodes has faced so far. I would start Rhodes!
