A lift ticket allows you to use the chair lift, gondola, etc. You need one if you want easy transportation to the top of the mountain. Often times you can book a snowmobiling tour that will either include lift tickets or will not need them (call your travel agent/look it up online/look for packages/ask around). For snowboarding you NEED a lift ticket. Dog sledding is usually off the mountain, so you won't need one for that.

Lift tickets are used at the ski resorts for skiing and snowboarding. You cannot ride there if you don't buy the pass.
Snowmobiling you would need to look up Colorado State Park Service, and find out the information on that (most ski resorts don't have snowmobiling - although some do - but it is separate from the ski passes).
Dog sledding? I have no idea.
Sounds like you really need to talk to your travel agent. It almost sounds like you are booking a trip and are a "rookie" with this stuff. A good travel agent will find all that stuff out for you...if they want your business.

Lift tickets are only needed to take you to the top of the slope. Needed for skiing or snowboarding. Snowmobiling and dogsledding don't require one.

A lift ticket is what gets you up to the slopes. Basically you are paying to use the chair lift. It costs to run. If you don't have a ticket you can't snowboard or ski. As far as how many...well that depends on how many days you plan to ski or snowboard. You can get half day tickets you can full day tickets or you can get a season pass etc. Have fun!

Lift tickets are what you use to be able to ride the chairlifts at ski/snowboard resorts. They're usually the only way to get to the top of the hill, and we all know that's the only way to ski/SB! You would not need one for snowmobiling or dogsledding. Have fun!

Lift tickets are to get acess to a snowboarding/skiing run. Some lift tickets will limit you to certain runs. Others will give you unlimited access to runs, which is your best bet if your an advanced boarder. If it is just you you only need one, if there is more people you want to get one per person. Colorado has great boarding, HAVE FUN!!!

Lift tickets are what you need to use the chair to get to the top of the slope. No ticket, no ride. You will need a lift ticket for each day you plan to to ski or snow board, basically if you want to use the slope you're gonna need a lift ticket.
