Luis Boa Morte Pereira is the last Portugese player to play for Arsenal. he signed from Sporting CP Lisbon in PORTUGAL for GBP 1.75 million by the current manager Arsene Wenger on 14 June 1997. he scored 4 goals in 40 appearance for Arsenal.
