Try going to some high school wrestling matches.That is as close as you're gonna get to olympic wrestling.

I stumbled upon this wikipedia page looking up Rulon Gardner. Apparently he is a big name, though I'm not sure if it's as a wrestler, coach, or some other position in the company.
