Basically I have never really trained in any sport that involved striking and I am acquiring a boxing bag soon to go in with my home made gym. So I was just wondering if anyone knew how I should approach utilizing my body bag. I mean like aside from walking up to it and punching, I figure there was a method to the madness. I hope somewhere here can give me some insight on this.

I understand that the Bowls have played a major part in college football. But I also feel that they can play even a greater part in this sport by taking their bowl process and use it for a playoff format. This will involve more programs around the nation and when more programs get involved more people watch. This notion that a playoff format won't work and it wont make money is a total insult to the fans and the players all across this nation. These kids are getting ripped off ,and they had a survey ,that the majority of the the kids playing football at this level are simply not enjoying the game as much as they did in high school. To me, and to the coaches ,as well as school officials, this should be a concern big time. These kids should be having fun and every kid no matter what program he chooses,should enjoy football and even have a shot at the title. Trust me, give everyone a fair shot for the grand prize, the fans and the networks will make it happen. Money big time.
