Put clear tape over the receiver of the classroom phone. When the teacher tries to make a call, the other person won't be able to hear them.

anything using cement is always good, but you can also get in trouble for it. stealing a precious item from a rival, like a sign or mascot uniform also works. and of course my favorite would be doing something that isnt dangerous, but everyone will laugh at. like having an entire class go to school in their underwear one day

put saran wrap on the rim of the toilet bowls. make sure its tight and you can see clearly through it. its funny and sort of mean.
