I'm trying to bulk up, just started this week in fact, with the massive, healthy diet and low rep, high weight gym workouts. But someone has suggested on my relaxation days I still do a bit at home, like 50 press ups and 50 sit ups, and broomstick twists.
What I want to know is, if I'm lifting heavy weights every other day at the gym, is this mild exercise using only my bodyweight really going to help?!
