For me I would first say Germany, they are taking full advantage of their home situation, the second is portugal, (or I have to say Cristiano Ronaldo, without involving a pure fair man like Luis Figo) the third will be Italy, with the dive of Fabio Grosso, and last but not least France, with Thierry Henry being the boss when he pretented to get a foul when he was not even touched

The standards in the world cup are going bad to worse. Without sudden death no teams can win. Ultimately fouls have become necessary to keep the opposing team not scoring. Hence there are no exceptions as for as cheating is concerned.
