And do you think the outcome of the game would've been different if he had played?

Argentina played bad with Mexico and when Messi joined he caused Mexicans lots of trouble. He was the best of all players in this game.

To me he definitely should play against Germany. Of all the players he could've change the outcome of the game. At least there would be someone in Argentina who would bother to do somehing.

I think he's too good not to play. But if I were right, I'd be the coach of Argentina.

Most of the decisions of the Argentinian coach were questionable: Why did he take Riquelme out? Why don't bring Messi or Saviola (who had a great world cup) for Crespo instead of Cruz etc... He killed the magic and was punished for that.

I think Saviola should play not Messi. The inicial team was ok, but the las change (cruz in, Crepo out) was wrong because Saviola is quicker than Cruz and ypu can attack more.
