FIFA have not been crunching down on players "simulation" or CHEATING to me and you. What should they do?? Are the Ref's good enough or just spoiling the game??

why don't rugby players sustain injuries like footballers.?

In the world cup the game is stopped every ten minutes due to somebody rolling around in agony on the ground,but in Rugby,
players have broken noses and teeth missing but rarely do you see a match stopped.

I'm in a "salary cap" fantasy league with an 8-man roster...(you start off with $35 million and have to fill 3 Pitcher positions, 1 Catcher, 1 Middle Infielder, 1 Corner Infielder, and 2 Outfielders. I have CI-AlbertPujols, MI-AlfonsoSoriano, OF-JermaineDye, OF-LanceBerkman)..any team can have any player at any time (i could have the same players as any other team in my league)..im wondering if i should drop Alfonso Soriano and get Jose Reyes...if i do, i will have enough money to drop Jermaine Dye and get Vernon Wells..would this be a good move?
