Can't think of any! And LOL in Klinsman case .... He'd probably fine his players for not diving. Remember his dives? They were part of his foot ball skills!

Danny Wilson of Sheffield Wednesday(UK), fined Paolo DiCanio for pushing Paul Alcock. He was later banned by the FA for 11 matches. David Prutton of Southampton did a similar incident and banned for 11 games. Not sure of Southampton's punishment. If any player is guilty of cheating(diving or feigning injury is cheating, this should deemed as gross misconduct. In normal work situations, gross misconduct is deemed as a possible sackable offence.

I have been fined by my coach for harassing a ref (only at semi-pro level) i get paid £120 a week for playing and because of the manner i was sent of in i got fined £60 by my own club and felt very stupid and embarrassed after the game! Refs do n't get it wrong on purpose1
