Of course being an Aussie I am full of optimism for my boys chances in these games. However lot's of people say my heart is ruling my head. How do you think the Socceroo's will go and what are their chances of defeating these two sides. Thanks in advance!!

There we go again. Son has to go to the bathroom during the game, you also stop to buy another Hot Dog and beer, you come back and........ NOTHING has happened.
Baseball is a professional "sport" where often rotund tobaco-chewing guys stand around and wait. Which other "sport" has double-headers ?
You will not see the same team play two Footbal OR hockey OR basketball games in a row.....

I think dance requires such endurance to really do it for more than a couple minutes, the cardio of benefits would translate well to dance. Does anyone else think there's a parallel? I really don't dance at all unless I'm forced to at a wedding or something, so my personal experience with this is really limited.

I ran my standard 5K... indoors. Too hot outside by the time I was finally able to drag myself out to work out today. Argh.

The good news is the treadmill makes you move much faster due to the lack of wind resistance. Woo hoo!
