Is there an IQ of reason?

Does it work like the criminal justice system, where people with very low IQ's are institutionalized instead of prosecuted?

And if so, can I escape Hell? I have an IQ of 81 and I think I could get it down to 61 by watch enough MTV and Fox News.

What reason do you have to believe, you have a spirit that has eternal life?
Well you can quote prophets, Jesus, Abraham, Mohamed, well many others.
But what in your heart makes you think your life is eternal.
Is it some thing you have been taught or some thing you believe for no reason?

I (the mother) am working through this along with alot of unanswered questions. The person that gave it to him and encouraged him to take it is in jail facing manslaughter. I have turned that over to God. I don't judge not even in this traumatic event in my life. I am strong and I am trying to make sometime positive out of it to keep our spirits up. This happened sept. 28, 2007. He fell asleep across my middle son and wifes bed and never woke up. They found him when they were awaken by noticing him there. My 20 yo son drove to my house and woke me up at 6 am screaming and crying "He is dead! His face is blue! Mom -------- is dead! I was in a deep sleep and jumped up, my husband and I driving frantically to get there. I was praying and screaming all the way. We drove up and I ran to the door being stopped by the sheriff telling me He is gone, I couldn't go in and I fell to the ground screaming. All of this keep replaying in my head. I don't believe in telling my problems to psyc's HELP

I sometimes see people, especially in movies, dip their fingertips in the baptismal fonts and do something with it as they enter catholic churches. What is the motion, is it a cross on the head or a cross from head to chest and shoulder to shoulder? thanks

"If you get seriously romantically involved with someone whose core views on life are different than yours, your relationship will end up being an unpleasant circle of conflict. Not because either of you are "evil" people. But, because it's impossible for two people with radically different values and beliefs to live in the same direction."

I don't think they are, how come people say our relationship will not work??? I mean Christianity is all about doing what is Morally correct, and I also KNOW that Atheists have Morals as well, if that is so, then what is the "conflict" that this quoted dude said???? It will not work??? and as far as I know you need a house in order to have a girlfriend, and also a job in order to feed her, and of course love, I am only 17 but already independent from my parent's grasp althought I share this house with my cousin(but I pay rent to him) I will also

Why would God ask Abraham to kill his son in order to prove his faith and if God does ask people to sin how are you to know that direction comes from Him?

Might some parent kill their child under the crazy misconception that theiir sinful ideas are from God?

I'm glad I'm not a lawyer. That is a tempting excuse. How can we ever know?

Do you ever put out a 'fleece', to test if it is really GOD's will?

"Historically, Jews and Christians alike have held that Moses was the author/compiler of the first five books of the OT. These books, known also as the Pentateuch (meaning "five-volumed book"), were referred to in Jewish tradition as the five fifths of the law (of Moses). The Bible itself suggests Mosaic authorship of Genesis, since Ac 15:1 refers to circumcision as "the custom taught by Moses," an allusion of Ge 17. However, a certain amount of later editorial updating does appear to be indicated (see, e.g., notes on 14:14; 36:31; 47:11). (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 2)"

So in reality, the book of Genesis had been tampered with by man. It had been corrupted. It is dangerous to consider all of it as the True Living Words of GOD Almighty, because by doing so, we are running into the risk of committing a crime against Him since we are claiming that He spoke words that He never spoke.

Do we continue to believe even though we know that there are like 4 different versions

Who has no objection to wearing real fur?
Are you a proud fur wearer or unfaltering activist against it?
Or perhaps ambivalence towards this issue.

Men, you are not excluded from this question! :-)

you see, so many of them loved mel gibsons "Passion of the Christ" many fundamentalists bought the movie the day it came out, and instructed their families to watch it. How is it then, that I can bare to tell them that this movie was based on hethenistic evil catholic ideas and visions. Sure enough Mel Gibson used more than just the bible, but used a great deal of the Catholics mystics works in creating this film as well, should one expect a huge "burning of The Passion DVD" soon?
