As many of us are of different beliefs and cultures there are certain places I have seen happiness as a global family !
Enter the maternity ward :Parents of all nationality and beliefs conversating, congratulating, laughing, offering the other food & drink, bidding to watch over each-others baby while the you get fresh air(or cigarette),giving tips to first time mothers while first time mothers praise the vetrans for their eighth !Come departutres they all wish each-other the best of luck and God bless yous...Absolutely free of judgement and prejudice but centered on what the union was for...LIFE !!!

As a staunch catholic I have not seen in any one place the intention of Almighty God and/or a vision of perfect society, the charity is astounding !

from the notebooks of lazarus long-
No man is an island--” Much as we may feel and act as individuals, our race is a single organism, always growing and branching--which must be pruned regularly to be healthy. This necessity need not be argued; anyone with eyes can see that any organism which grows without limit always dies within •its own poisons. The only rational question is whether pruning is best done before or after birth. Being an incurable sentimentalist I favor the former of these methods--killing makes me queasy, even when it’s a case of “He’s dead and I’m alive and that’s the way I wanted it to be.” But this may be a matter of taste. Some shamans think that it is better to be killed in a war, or to die in childbirth, or to starve in misery, than never to have lived at all. They may be right. But I don’t have to like it--and I don’t.

i put this up because of a question asked earlier on answers-it relates to the decision to rule on whether or not a fertilized is human-

and now they claim God is black, and can only be black because they claim the first human was black, and man is made in his image(which is black).
Does this make sense?
Do you support these claims they state is fact.

Traditionally, and according to Scripture, I have always held to the belief that the apostle Judas was never really saved to begin with. We all know what he did......and how the whole thing was predicted in the Old Testament & orchestrated by the Lord to happen the way it did.

But my question is this:
Is it possible that we may see Judas in heaven someday when we get there?

He did after all, feel deep remorse for what he had done.....right before he took his own life. He even went as far as giving back the 30 pieces of silver. This verse comes to mind:

2 Corinthians 7:10 “Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.”

Did Judas have Godly sorrow or worldly sorrow?

Something to ponder.........thanks,

-Primo

Just curious today. I strive to keep a simple lifestyle for the most part but the most important thing I think is not our possessions but in our attitude towards them. I am attempting to declutter and simplify my life.
