Question

I have a factory that produces happiness and I need a Marketing manager to increase the sales. Do you consider yourself suitable for the job and on what grounds? Please reply within two days to enable me to select the best one.

I always try to show happiness when I am around others, even when I am down hearted. Just like many people they have hard days to and they sure don't want to hear your gripping and heartaches all the time. The pastor's wife said to me the other day that she enjoyed how I am so cheerfull all the time. I try to be an encouragement to others. I know I have bad days where it is hard, but I try.

I think there is greater need for a sales-manager than a marketing manager as a vast demand already exists for the product(happiness) but the consumers/customers are hesitant or suspicious of the brands already in the market with unrealistic claims on the efficacy and effectiveness of the products apart from doubts about 'value for their money '.If your research has shown your product as a better proposition for the customers visa vis those already in the market,then a strong ,highly motivate sales-team with aim of 'one to one ' contact with customers is bound to achieve a better break through than a marketing team. once established,you may switch over to marketing mode gradually.Though I am not in the run for the post,you may rework the QR for the new post and ask for the applicants.The peculiarity about demand and consumption of your product is that though most people would want it but only few would like to follow the step by step instructions to derive maximum benefit from it.
