It is really, really irritating when people speak in loose generalities.
Its even more irritating when people think they know what theyre talking about when really, theyve never researched it.
EDUCATE YOURSELVES! Get your facts right.
If youre refering to scientists who label God as non existant because they cant prove his existence, youre wrong.
Scientists use empirical analysis - also known as the scientific method - and conclude that although there is no proof for God, there is also no proof against him, so there is an EQUAL possibility for and against his existence.
Many world renown scientists have mentioned a deep faith in God, despite thier work. Some even say their work upholds their views on Gods existence. Want names?
Nicholas Copernicus
Galileo Galilei
Rene Descartes
Isaac Newton
Max Planck
Albert Einstein
Look it up. These are the worlds most influential scientists saying - not only is there a possibility for God, but I personally believe in him... AND I believe in my work.

I wish people could accept "Unknown" as an answer. However people like to think they know the answers when they don't really know. They even make stuff up, sometimes quite fantastic stuff.
This makes it harder to actually do the investigations about what really is out there. Not only are you investigating the unknown but you then have to deal with the wrong beliefs as well.

I don't think the unknown is often labeled non-existent.
If it's genuinely known to be unknown, it's the subject of investigation, scientific or otherwise. Guessing doesn't help.

You don't know me. However, I certainly exist.
Same line of thought goes for this: "If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it fall, did it make a sound?"

Because people are lazy or tired from searching more for the reality so they take it short and come to conclusions that need less time and work. I liked your question.

I know what you mean.
Russel's teapot (above)...what if there really was a teapot - some astronaut thought it would be funny and put one up there. Then Russel's teapot serves to prove my point...something rarely seen (directly experienced) but existant is considered non-existent by many who come up with reasons like Russel's teapot not to look into the matter themselves.

Because that seems to be people's nature...They prefer to think that if they don't know it, it doesn't exist. That's actually a cause of multiple problems in our world, and I think it stems from a pride issue...

thats not always the case. i dont know how the universe was created and never will do, but i know it did happen. there are some things that we just have to accept we will never understand-or alternatevely we can believe 2000 year old theories that have never been proved.

Until evidence exists for something, you are just guessing. That has a very low probability of working out. You are better off waiting for evidence.
