No, I do not hate Islam. There are many good Muslims and I know that for a fact. Not all Americans judge the actions of some as the same. Not all Christian and Jews think all Islam are evil either. Peace!

There are much hatred to Islam in radio talk shows by the likes of Michael Savage, Al Rantel, Tammy Bruce and their callers. Other remark Islam is not fastested growing reigion. Moslems gave up propagating their faith centuries, centuries ago. On the other hand half of Africa became Christian, Korea a country of 80 millions 35% Christian, .5% Moslems and trying to convert Moslems world wide , Vietnam country of 80 million 30% Christian and .05% Moslems, Hong Kong 25 Millions 30% Christian and no Moslems. China 50 million Christians converted in the last 20 years, Moslems not growing but shrinking in East Turkmanstan.

No I do not hate Islam nor any other man-made religion. Their is no reason to hate anything but that which is displeasing to God. Islam is a religion based on the 10 commandments and upholding the laws and wishes of God who protects all of us. Where Islam falls short is where Judaism falls short as well, no matter how good you want to be you cannot be. The Apostle Paul recognized that fact when he said: I know what I am doing is wrong but I cannot help myself because the sin within me will not let me. I know I am rotten through and through and that I really should be good but I can't. Thank God for Jesus! We as humans have sin within us and that cannot be removed until death. Thanks be to Jehovah for sending down Jesus who sacrificed his life so that I can get a second chance to enjoy a real life in a perfect world one day.

I don't know enough about it to hate it. I do hate extremism, and recently an acquaintance who'd been in Iraq fot 20 years told me somathing that made me wonder. Of course, I forgot to ask him what sect these conclusions were derived from, but what he said was; {(My Question)Can a devout Muslim be an American patriot and a loyal
Citizen? }
His Answer;
"Theologically, no. Because his allegiance is to
Allah, the moon god of Arabia .
Religiously, no. Because no other religion is accepted
By his Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256)
Scripturally, no. Because his allegiance is to the
Five pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).
Geographically, no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca
, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.
Socially, no. Because his allegiance to Islam forbids
Him to make friends with Christians or Jews.
Politically, no. Because he must submit to the mullah (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and destruction of America , the great Satan.
Domestically, no. Because he is instructed to marry
Four women and beat and scourge his wife when she
Disobeys him (Quran 4:34).
Intellectually, no Because he cannot accept the
American Constitution since it is based on Biblical
Principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.
Philosophically, no. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the
Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.
Spiritually, no. Because when we declare "one nation
Under God," the Christian's God is loving and kind,
While Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father,
Nor is he ever called love in the Quran's 99 excellent
Names."
Therefore after much study and deliberation....
Perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in
This country. They obviously cannot be both "good"
Muslims and good Americans. Call it what you
Wish.....It's still the truth.
That was his answer only a week ago. I'm glad to put this out there- keep in mind he's a highly educated, tolerant and observant person. I still am not sure that I would HATE...Christianity tells us to love even our enemies. As long as NOONE tries to force me into any religion or belief, I figure whatever they believe is between them and God (whatvever his name) I am curious to know how you'd respond to my friends' answer...

i despise religion is general and islam in particular. some religions are more or less benign, like taoism or shintoism or buddhism, and others are much more dangerous to humanity like islam and christianity. these days, the christians, at least most of them, no longer kill those who do not share their beliefs. not so with this cancer called islam. islam is still in the phase of its life span where those who wish to spread it will do so by force of arms and will kill all who oppose it. do i 'hate' islam? no. i do wish to see it eradicated from the face of the earth however, for the good of humanity, and it can take christianity with it. good riddance i say...

Having dated several middle-eastern men of a few different Islamic countries, I would have to say 'no.'
THere is no reason to hate Islam, at all. I read the Koran, and identified some precepts that match my own religion. THere are many good Islamic people.
As in all religions, there are good people and there are bad people. THere are those who interpret scriptures in a harmful way--happens in a lot of religions, CHritianity included.

No, I do not "hate" Islam and it is because I pity this belief system and the people that follow it. I may get some jeers but it is a deluded belief. It goes back to a lot of peoples thinking that God is up there as a crotchity old man with a big cane ready to bop you on the head. God is not that way. Islam portrays God in this fashion and that if you do not do according to all that He says you are forever to burn and be and "infidel".
God Is Love. He made this whole universe just for us and to watch us grow and expand with it and in it. As we get closer to Him and really mirror His image and what He is all about, not only do we get closer to Him, but we get closer to each other. That is what it is really all about.
I just pray for God to open the eyes of their heart and bring them into His Kingdom. Even under the threat of death, I would do my best to show them that God really loves them, too, and that Jesus Christ died for them.
God Bless

I love Islam. I am not a Muslim, nor do I have interest in becoming one, but I love the poems of Rumi and the Tales of the Dervishes that are such an important part of Islam in Persia and North Africa. Truely beautiful. A good tree will have good fruits.

I don't hate Islam. I think it's quaint. I hope in a few hundred years people still practice it, like when you drive out to Pennsylvania Dutch country to see the Amish. Religion is entertaining, it makes people do all this weird stuff and wear these funny get-ups. The world would be very vanilla without it.
