The Judas I'm talking about it the one who betrayed Jesus. If you found Judas in heaven when you got there, right now how would this influence your decision that Judas went to hell for what he did? Would this change your attitude on what we were lead to believe about Judas & the betrayer?

Jesus saw a crowd chasing down a woman to stone her and approached them. "What's going on here, anyway?" he asked.

"This woman was found committing adultery, and the law says we should stone her!" one of the crowd responded.

"Wait," yelled Jesus. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone."

Suddenly, a stone was thrown from out of the sky, and knocked the woman on the side of her head.

"Aw, c'mon, Dad..." Jesus cried, "I'm trying to make a point here!"

What do you think?

i wonder what he asked?

!note! !this isn’t a question to take seriously!
"please don’t take this so seriously as most of you have done in the past, more less ruining the fun of it."

that goes for both of you who say he doesn’t exist and the ones who say he does.

Ohh also, please don’t give me a really long bible passage that I'm not going to read, thank you.

and tell them they are acting unchristian when they themselves are unchristian at times. Isn't that being a hypocrite, which is, by the way unchristian? Why don't you just leave other people alone and let them believe what they believe?

Also, remember that the Bible says:

Joh 1:3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.

So if it was Created/Made, it was made through Jesus is what the Bible teaches. And do you believe that Jesus is "The God"? Because the Bible teaches there is only one God and never will be another and there is one savior and will never be another:

Isa 43:10 "You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after me.
Isa 43:11 I, I am the LORD, and besides me there is no savior.

Does the Bible contradict itself here, please help:

Jesus states in Matthew 23:9 - And do not call anyone on earth 'father,' for you have one Father, and he is in heaven.

Then, in 1 corinthians 4: 15 Paul says:
Even if you should have countless guides to Christ, yet you do not have many fathers, for I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel.

So here Paul is calling himself a father to the 1st century christians? Didn't Jesus say that nobody should be called father?

Also paul keeps calling 1st century christians "My beloved children" in his letters.

I am currently in a search for the right religion. I am 14 yrs old && a Baptist, becuase I was raised that way, however I don't want to spend the rest of my life in a religion if it is not the right one for me.
Buddhism is a rather intersting way of life in my eyes, but I don't know much about it. And instead of reaking about it, I figured i would ask people who actually practice in said 'way of life'?

So what religion on you and what are some pros AND CONS of that religion, because I don't want to change my beliefs based only on positive things. I want to know the positive as well as the negative because no religion is perfect.

Are there many people here with multiple accounts that post questions, only to give their other account Best Answer, or am I the only one? And does this indicate that I really need to get a life?

However my first concern would be to get what I wanted to get out of a spiritual pursuit of mine; a retreat of some kind--buddhist,ect.
Have you been to Tibet [asking those who have] and pls tell me a little about this place, thank so much :--)

I had a reading done for the 1st time. I shuffled the deck, split into 3 piles and chose 1 pile. From this, the psychic told me about some future events. What if I chose a different pile? If they are predicted future events, then they would happen regardless of which tarot card I choose. So is tarot a prediction or self-prophecy?

I mean, Jews already believed in God, just not in a Messiah..

Marco Polo managed to go to China, where Jesus could very well have spread his word, without being betrayed.

Besides, China was not under the Roman boot (sandal, I mean).

It is said that God works through natural law and that we cannot always understand natural law. Does that logic quiet doubts and promote faith?

How come in Genesis chapter 6 it says that GOD said that man's days will be 120 years, but there were people after that who lived longer. Isn't this an error? I know it's a small thing, but if this is an error isn't there a possiblity that there are other errors in the Bible. Maybe this shouldn't bother me but it does. I am a Christian, and I have been trying to read the Bible more. However, i am not sure if I should because I have doubts about whether it is completely accurate.

As a non-Christian, I find the charge against Catholics inconceivable. In the 4th Century, two churches existed: the Roman Catholic and the Eastern Orthodox Church. The Roman Catholic Church would not allow the common people to read the Bible until the Reformation when Protestants demanded to have a Bible in the common language. If Catholicism is not Christianity, then where do Protestants get their authority for Christianity? Fifteen hundred years is a mighty long gap for a religion.

I just just finished reading a question where some people replied that atheists don't exist. Are we considered non existant because we refuse to believe in a higher power? Are we shunned now?
