Are there many people here with multiple accounts that post questions, only to give their other account Best Answer, or am I the only one? And does this indicate that I really need to get a life?

You have a life, you just gotta get out more.

Now since Im one of your alter-ego's, give me Best Answer.

(And since we're talking, call your Mom. She doesnt hear from you enough)

I have two accounts, but I have never even so much as answered my own question, let alone give myself best answer...
the reason I have two is because when my first account got deleted, I had to start over and was only allowed 20 answers per day...and I'm a Y/A addict

I only have one account at a time but I have voted for myself when a question gets to voting. Maybe I should open many accounts and get myself to 25% or more best answer.

Yes you do need to get a life. I believe it violates community guidelines but you shouldn't need anyone to tell you something like that is unethical.

Some people create numerous accounts to award themselves best answers - people who have suspiciously high best answer percentages like 'imacatholic' are almost certainly guilty as you see the same names again and again on the list.

So no, lots of people do it but then lots of people commit rape and child abuse so I don't know if thats enough to make you want to emulate it.

I think you need to get a life. My husband works late, so I like to get on here and answer questions for fun. It's nice to get a best answer now and then, but I don't really care that much!

Well I think Leviathan is kind of taking this a bit too seriously to be comparing it to child abuse or rape.

To answer your question, I just got here so no, I haven't but I'm sure there are people here who do.

You don't need multiple accounts. I go back every few weeks and VOTE for my answers, but that's no guarantee it'll actually get it.

There are, but I'm not one of them. Those people are little kids, or adults who still act like ones. I do star the questions I get best answer on however.

Why would you do that? The only benefit would be for points and if you're just on for points, then it doesn't mean anything, does it? Yeah, probably means you should get a life.

I've been tempted to resolve one of my questions myself because I accidentally waited too long and it went to voting and NOBODY was voting. That's it, though. I want to get best answer because it really IS the best answer.

I notice your best answer percentage is 11. So, how much of that was real?

Well?
