Recently I have noticed that many "Christians" on R&S have been giving some questionable answers, that sound more like condeming and judging rather than loving your neighbor. Remember Christ loved the sinners, and calls us to do the same. He said "those without sin cast the first stone". Remember we are to be persacuted for our beliefs, and turn our cheek, the way christ did. Please remember that all sin is weighed the same, they all were the reason for our saviors death. All of us have sinned, (lustful thoughts, afairs, homosexuality, lies, deciet, judging others, taking the lord's name in vain) I am not rightous just forgiven.
I pray before I write an answer to any question on R&S that God would give me the right words to say the help the person whom asked the question, and I pray for each one of you, so that God would reach and bless everyone who comes to this site. I ask that you would do the same? Are you catching flies w/ honey or lemon juice?

My husband is getting bored with his 20 yr. plus job and thinks that he would like to look for something else in his field that would be more or a challenge. I support him and am willing to move. My son (13) seems to be OK with the thought but my daughter (10) would not adapt very well. I'm in the process of getting information together since I have more time than my husband does. I have mixed feelings thinking that maybe we should totally trust God or seek ourselves for the information. It seems that the area we are thinking about moving to is just made for my husband's type of engineering work and the opportunities for our children would be greater for their futures. My husband and I are both so stressed out about not knowing what decision to make. A move could cause my daughter's anxiety to come back but she should learn that life is all about different changes-some good and some bad, right?

For being one of the Fathers of the True Church, and steering us away from Roman blasphemy, he certainly sounds Roman Catholic...

I believe in a God of Nature, i.e. that God is not a guy on a cloud but a type of energy perhaps that starts all life into action, it expresses itself through us and through all living things. So when we destroy the environment or such we are destroying part of God.

In my dealings with many religions it actually find that Atheists are the closest to having respect for the my faith. Christians and Muslims regard it as stupid and nonsense not to believe in a guy on a cloud, but Atheist based society would allow all thoughts.

You thoughts (sorry for the wording, as it is difficult to describe what I mean)

If someone is extremly afraid of hell would God have mercy on them if they deny the holy ghost, blasphemy it, but still feel the need to want to be in heaven?

Also, how often are the words used in a good since and how often they are used in a negative since? Is religion a place you spend an hour or two each week or is it a way you spend each and every day of your life? True none of us are perfect but so much talk on this site about RELIGION and I wonder how many know what pure and undefiled religion is before God and the Father. Just checking. God bless!

And to make their "sacrements" and etc. real and verifiable? For instance, the shahada, in the opinion of some Muslim "scholars", is not legit unless said in Arabic. Also, the koran (quran, whatever) is not a "real" koran unless it is in Arabic. There is no adhan in English or any other language that I have ever heard, and I have been around the world.

But, Chinese Christians pray in Chinese. Finnish Hindus can easily grab a copy of the Bhagavad Gita in Finnish. I have never heard of their worship being invalid.

I'm just saying...

Jesus ascended into heaven less than 2000 years ago. Having a mass, he could not travel at lightspeed, but could approach it. Therefore he must be no more than 2000 light years away.

Our galaxy is 100,000 light years across, so he is somewhere therein. Therefore heaven is within our galaxy, and God too?
