I would love to see the people of God fully BE the church and not just go to church. But that would mean taking their focus off of themselves and their possesions in order to do so. The fact is, it is IMPOSSIBLE to go to chuch because the people of God are supposed to be the church. We, the church, are supposed to go out.
Matthew 28:18-20 18And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

I think that the only thing I would change about my church is the location. I live in Alaska, and the church is quite a while away from my apartment. When it gets to be winter it is going to be very hard to get there on time because of icy roads!
Of course, more people is always good, but it is already a good sized church. Out of all the churches I have gone to in this city, this is my favorite so far. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it is a comfortable and beautiful place to worship and pray. It is also open all the time for quiet prayer, etc. At night the front doors are locked, but I think you can get in the side entrance.
There are services everyday (although I am usually in class by the time they start) and a couple times on Sunday. This makes it very nice to be able to go at any time.
Do you have anything you would change?

I honestly would change nothing about the Church. Considering that Jesus himself established the Church 2,000 years ago and it is still going strong, holding to all of his teachings, I am quite content. Things such as the music and seating are not really important in the grand scheme of things. The whole reason we are there is to worship and receive Jesus in the eucharist -- body, blood, soul and divinity.
What I would like, however, is to see more of the faithful consistently attending Mass and better living out their faith in daily life, outside the Church walls. I would also like for all the other Christians to come home soon so that we all may be one, as Jesus wanted.
God bless.

I would want an infinite increase in the number of faithful (people who have placed their faith in the love and mercy of the one true God) members.
