Our galaxy is 100,000 light years across, so he is somewhere therein. Therefore heaven is within our galaxy, and God too?

Oh great question, but in this case how God traveled when he was making a galaxy of 100,000 light years across in just 7 days. well use your mind brother if God made thousands of galaxies larger than our galaxy of course he will have a way of transportation that you can't imagine.
By the way we haven't reach the max of science and physics and some of the theories might change in the future.
