I know that we either go to Heaven or Hell, but can you give more detail than that. For example, do we meet God right away, and how do we talk to him if we are out of our bodies?

This question is for Christians also. I am trying to wrap my mind around this idea that Baptism without any repentance or change of person saves. Some Christian denominations (Catholics, Episcopal and Lutheran I think for example) believe in Baptising infants and once the infant is baptised they are good to go. Well what if that "Baptized infant" later grows up and decides that they don't believe in God or Christianity. Does that Baptism save a person? It is a circular logic conversation. There are some that say the Baptism saves no matter what. There are some that say the Baptism only saves if the person latter on in life believes in Christ. Athiest and non-believers have you been in this situation and what are your thoughts on this.

According to athievolutionistarianists, we evolved from single-celled organisms. Those single-celled organisms combined to make multicellular organisms, which eventually evolved into humans.

This means that we are all made up of nothing but single-celled organisms. So if I cut off my finger, it should turn into a bunch of single-celled organisms. But it doesn't.

If I cut off my finger, it instantly turns to dust. This proves that we are made from dust, as God said in the bible. If you don't believe me, try it yourself. Cut off a finger and it'll instantly turn to dust.

Since the Bible is correct about that "fact" it must be correct about all other "facts." Since I can't turn into a bunch of single-celled organisms, evolution is false.

If evolution is true, then why can no evolutionist get published in a pastor-reviewed journal?

You pasta-worshiping atheists can't handle my logic because I steal my arguments from Creationist websites and then "improve" them.

"Bible-fundamentalists made Christianity a laughing stock by claiming they are Christians while preaching their warped and ridiculous interpretation of the Bible."

I very much agree with that statement. I have observed them. they go door to door and preach their opinions about the verses in the Bible that they read, and it differs depending what suits them at the moment that results to them contradicting themselves.

You ask many conservative Christians why god forbade the eating of shrimp (Leviticus 11:9-12) and they will tell you that god was protecting the health of the tribes of Israel.

But…If god was concerned about human suffering and health one would think that it (god) would have mentioned to wash ones hands prior to aiding in the delivery of a child. This one simple commandment would have saved the suffering and death of huge number of women and infants. However the forbidding of eating shrimp, in all likelihood, saved a trivial number of lives since many cultures have consumed shrimp and shell fish for millennia with little affect on their health and welfare.

Yet, we have 45 verses in Leviticus 13 about skin spots. Supposedly this is about Leprosy however god once again fails and does not accurately diagnose the disease Leprosy. It seems like god wasn’t much more advanced than a bunch of bronze aged sheep herders. Isn’t it (god) supposed to be omniscient?

Seems a tad odd to me.

There have been scientific publications, books, television programs, and even a museum exhibit dedicated to educating the public about the fact that many animals engage in homosexual and bisexual behavior, including raising offspring. Here are a few links with info:

http://www.animalsvoice.com/PAGES/writes/editorial/news/features/gay_squeak.html

If homosexuality is a sin, are the animals sinning? Why are they engaging in behavior that is “unnatural”? Or do you believe that animals don’t really behave this way, and scientists are just making it up?

So I just saw this answer: "You have to have the mentality of a 5 year old to believe in God."

I believe in God. And that didn't offend me at all. I just immediately assumed she wasn't talking about me. It's those OTHER god-believers that are stupid.

Or is it me?

..against the Pilbara Stromatolite fossils..?

Spare us the worn out and false "the dating methods are flawed" retorts, as many independant dating techniques were used and corroborated, and the West Australian Pilbara region is already well documented for it's rare and extremely ancient geology, from the scientific studies behind researching the natrural resources of gold, iron, nickel, tin, uranium, oil and gas in and around the Pilbara region.

These fossils not only show that life was present 3.5 billion years ago, but also that several types of microbes were part of what is the earliest known ecosystem.
For more detailed descriptions and answers for your questions, a web search easily accesses any details..

To shut this down without further investigation is not only willfully ignorant and a gross act denial, but it would be unfortunate for someone to never understand the fruits of modern mainstream science and cutting edge developments in this field.

Here is what John Adams had to say:
A constitution founded on these principles introduces knowledge among the people, and inspires them with a conscious dignity becoming freemen; a general emulation takes place, which causes good humor, sociability, good manners, and good morals to be general. That elevation of sentiment inspired by such a government, makes the common people brave and enterprising. That ambition which is inspired by it makes them sober, industrious, and frugal.

John Adams, Thoughts on Government, 1776

I Pray Heaven to Bestow The Best of Blessing on THIS HOUSE, and on ALL that shall hereafter Inhabit it. May none but Honest and Wise Men ever rule under This Roof!

Jesus never told his followers to "go to church" because the meaning of the word "church" more resembles "the called out ones". What is absolutely certain is that the word itself does not mean a building, an organization, a leadership structure, religious or social programs, or a place to worship God. YOU are the church! Perhaps you are being deceived by the cult you are in. Maybe THE SATAN is deceiving you and you're not really following THE JESUS!!
