Do you know what Jesus meant by this?
His sword is the word of Truth. Truth will cut the people into two groups, dividing the Good from the Evil. The battle between good and evil rages on, more now than ever. You are just naive. Don't snivel - its embarassing.

Why do you suppose Jesus is STILL the center of controversy, after over 2,000 years?
How do you suppose He KNEW that His disciples would be mocked and hated?
It is one thing to say, 2000 years later, that predicting wars and rumors of wars is a bit like predicting rain.
Can you say with any certainty that man will not have found a way to live in peace 2000 years from now?
For that matter, can you say that there will not be some climate change, and there won't be any more rain?
Come to think of it, can you be sure the world will even be here in 2000 years? Perhaps a giant meteor will crash into it and destroy it...perhaps in 2000 years, there will be nothing here but another asteroid belt.
Who would claim to KNOW??
God would know...but who else??
What do you suppose Jesus might know that you don't??

Whats wrong is people being raised with intolerance. We should all be accepting of other religions. Peace as you say. No one person realy truly knows whats right or wrong anyways. So my answer is do what makes you happy and dont worry about everyone else.

As long as false religions reign upon this planet then there will be no peace and the worst thing of all is... What are the false religions? The only person that can answer that is the creator themselves known as God.

Your not going to find peace in a forum where peoples religious views differ. History should of taught you that peoples indifference towards other religious beliefs have lead to death and wars.
